The Beginners Barre Class is offered once a week, is taught at a slightly slower pace, the technique is broken down, and there is a chance to speak to the instructor before and after class with any questions you may have. This is a great class for those who are new to barre or anyone looking to brush up on their barre technique!
Coordinate movement with breath and flow from one pose to the next in this 60 minute class! All levels welcome. Please bring a mat for class!
