The Beginners Barre Class is offered once a week, is taught at a slightly slower pace, the technique is broken down, and there is a chance to speak to the instructor before and after class with any questions you may have. This is a great class for those who are new to barre or anyone looking to brush up on their barre technique!

Our new Sculpt & Stretch class is a low impact, full body workout, that incorporates elements of yoga with light hand weights throughout class. This class is suitable to beginners or the advanced yogi! Please bring a yoga mat for class!
